Once you have agreed to sign up with us, you are bound by the following terms and conditions:
Definitions
Cachebank Inc (herein referred as “the company”)
The client (herein referred to as “You”)
Assist in the setting up of offshore bank account (herein referred to as “the service”)
A bank account (herein referred to as “the account”)
One-time set up fee (herein referred to as “the fee”)
Our Service
The company hereby offers opening of offshore bank accounts, merchant accounts, numbered/anonymous bank account, debit/credit cards for the client, the service ends at the opening of the bank/merchant account with no other complementary services available. The service can only be employed for legal purpose as determined by the respective local law. By ordering the service from the company, you hereby agree to authorize the company to accept all terms and conditions imposed by the bank on your behalf (subject to successful application of the account).
Our Fee
The company charges a minimum of US$149.00 to a maximum of US$599.00 for the service depending on the type of account you have selected. The fee is subject to change without prior notice. Payment of the fee can be made via credit card (Master, Visa & Amex), western union, e-gold, moneybookers, emocorp or wire transfer. The fee includes delivery of documents to you by normal airmail. Other delivery methods may be available at an extra charge as determined by the company/the bank. The company reserves the right not to carry out the service prior to a full and correct payment made by you.
Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund if the following conditions are met:
a) The company is not able to assist you in opening your account
b) The company has received all necessary documents as requested by the company.
c) The bank you have applied to with our assistance has rejected your application.
No refund will be made for any reason if you decide to revoke your application prior to obtaining a refusal/rejection letter from the bank.
Right of Refusal
The company reserves the rights to deny/refuse your application and we will not be responsible for any consequences arising from such refusal.
No Warranty
The company does not provide any warranty on the service, the account or any service offered by the bank whether expressed or implied.
Proof of Identity
You must provide proof of your identity, namely a copy of attested (current) passport for the application of the account.
Confidentiality
The company will adhere to total protection of your privacy and not disclose your information to any third party other than the bank or unless you are wanted by your local government as a result of involvement in any criminal activities/investigation.
