You can load funds on to your card at any post office in Europe and the pacific rim countries. Also at any HSBC bank. There will shortly be a search system on the home page to help you find your nearest loading station. Loading through the bank is instant, the post office can take up to 24hrs. You can load up to $2500 per day and no more than $25,000 in any one month.

What are my shipping options?
A Debit card can be sent by regular first class mail or by secured courier which would incur applicable shipping fees. 

Can I change my account information?
You can always change account information such as your billing address by logging on or by calling customer service.

What happens if my Visa® Electronic Card expires with money left on it?
You can call customer service to check your balance and we will write you a check/cheque for the amount less applicable fees.
